We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can lead solution design, presales, and consulting initiatives for our digital marketing services division. This role calls for a strategic thinker with deep expertise across marketing channels, enterprise solutioning, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sales, presales, and client teams to understand business objectives and design customised digital marketing solutions. Develop end-to-end marketing frameworks and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, display advertising, marketing automation, and analytics. Lead solution design , pricing models, and value proposition creation for digital marketing offerings. Create proposals, pitch decks, and white papers that address client pain points and demonstrate strategic thought leadership. Manage and respond to RFPs/RFIs related to digital marketing services. Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify trends, innovations, and opportunities. Partner with delivery and consulting teams to ensure seamless execution of proposed solutions. Build and maintain reusable frameworks and solution artifacts to enable scalability. Explore AI and automation applications to enhance marketing efficiency and innovation. Required Skills & Competencies 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Services, Solution Design, and Presales Consulting. Proven track record in designing and delivering digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, marketing analytics , and digital advertising . Strong background in solution design, proposal management , and client consulting. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign management platforms . Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across global, cross-functional teams. Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to convert insights into action. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
