Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager at Bestow will lead digital strategy and performance marketing for multiple client brands while integrating AI-driven marketing intelligence and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to enhance brand visibility across both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.

This role goes beyond conventional digital marketing by combining research-backed insights, performance marketing, AI tools, and GEO strategies to ensure brands are discoverable across Google, AI assistants, and generative search environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Client Growth
  • Develop integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Translate research insights into high-performance digital campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, and AI-powered discovery channels.

AI-Driven Marketing & Automation

  • Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance.
  • Implement AI-powered tools for:
  • audience segmentation
  • content optimization
  • predictive analytics
  • campaign automation
  • Use generative AI to accelerate content production and campaign ideation.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

  • Develop strategies to improve brand discoverability on AI-driven platforms and generative search engines.
  • Optimize digital content for AI-based answers and conversational search.
  • Structure website and content to increase citations in AI-generated responses.
  • Identify keywords, questions, and content formats that perform well in AI search ecosystems.

SEO, Content & Organic Growth

  • Implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search trend tracking.
  • Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO and GEO optimized content.

Analytics & Marketing Intelligence

  • Track campaign performance and customer journeys using advanced analytics tools.
  • Develop performance dashboards and client reports with actionable insights.
  • Use marketing data to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign outcomes.

Client Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with client servicing teams to understand client objectives.
  • Present digital strategy and performance reports to clients.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams for campaign execution.

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Experience working with AI marketing tools and advanced SEO strategies is a strong advantage.
