Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)

Shift Timing - 12 PM to 10 PM

Experience – 9-15 years


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive and manage our end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across social media, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content strategy, with proven experience working directly with US-based clients. A creative mindset, agency background, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in Digital Marketing, with strong hands-on expertise in: Social Media Marketing, SEO / SEM & Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
  • Proven experience working with US clients and handling direct client communication.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly creative, strategic, and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and paid media.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, community engagement, and brand positioning across platforms.
  • Drive SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Collaborate closely with US clients, understand business objectives, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Develop high-quality, creative content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor internal marketing teams and coordinate with creative, PR, and media partners.


Education: Any graduate OR postgraduate specialized in Sales & Marketing.
