Job Description

The ideal candidate will own WhizCo's lead pipeline end-to-end — from brand awareness to qualified inbound leads — while managing the team and running paid campaigns personally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Sets and owns monthly lead targets per channel — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Alfred, SEO, affiliates
  • Personally builds and manages all paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) — this is not a delegation role
  • Manages the full ad budget and reports weekly to founders on spend vs leads vs revenue
  • Runs weekly team stand-up — reviews output from each team member, unblocks issues, reallocates resource
  • Owns WhizCo and Unaverage brand voice and positioning across all marketing channels
  • Identifies new lead gen opportunities — affiliate partners, platform tie-ups,
  • Reviews and approves all creatives, copy, and landing pages before going live
  • Manages agency and tool relationships — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Alfred


Requirements

  • 3-5 years in digital marketing — B2B agency or SaaS environment mandatory
  • Has personally managed ₹50L+/month ad budgets — not just supervised others doing it
  • Expert in Google Ads (Search + Performance Max), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong with data — Google Analytics 4, attribution modelling, campaign reporting
  • Has built, hired, and managed a marketing team before
  • Understands full-funnel marketing — awareness through to closed revenue
  • Strong enough writer to review and approve copy without needing a copywriter to explain it
