Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Mechanical Engineering background will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 1 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and advertising tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Knowledge of video marketing and content creation.
- Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and online engagement.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) through performance-driven campaigns.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content such as blogs, articles, case studies, and creatives across digital channels.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance website ranking and organic traffic.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and prepare MIS reports with actionable insights.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos and digital creatives for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions and trade shows, including stall planning, branding materials, and lead management.
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
