Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities to increase engagement and growth across Hidoc Dr.’s digital channels. This full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division involves assisting with social media campaign execution, content scheduling, and monitoring platform performance. The intern will help track and analyze web and campaign metrics, contribute to online marketing initiatives, and collaborate with the team on ideas to improve user acquisition and retention. Responsibilities also include basic reporting, competitive research, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role offers hands-on experience in a high-growth healthcare technology environment with opportunities to learn from experienced marketers.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for executing and supporting digital campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and optimize initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and crafting clear, professional messaging.
- Basic understanding of healthcare or technology platforms and interest in the medical domain is beneficial.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
