We’re looking for a Creative Strategist — someone who can think big, find meaning in the small things, and turn insights into scroll-stopping ideas.

From concept → copy → campaign → content, you’ll be part of every creative spark that takes shape here.

What You’ll Be Doing

Brand & Campaign Thinking

• Build campaign ideas rooted in real insights and audience understanding.
• Shape concepts, write scripts, and craft stories across social, digital, and video.
• Present creative ideas with clarity and confidence — internally and to clients.
• Collaborate closely with strategy and business teams to bring new ideas to life.
• Keep your pulse on culture, trends, and what’s shaping conversations online.

Social & Content Strategy

• Develop monthly content plans and social directions for brands.
• Translate trends and cultural moments into brand-relevant content.
• Review and refine creative output to maintain tone, quality, and consistency.
• Guide writers and designers on storytelling flow and brand voice.

Creative Direction & Collaboration

• Partner with designers, editors, and video producers to execute ideas beautifully.
• Offer feedback and creative direction to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor the content team where needed.

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in social media, creative strategy, or digital storytelling.
• Think in stories, not just deliverables.
• Have a strong sense of brand communication and audience psychology.
• Are confident presenting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Understand how digital platforms and pop culture shape conversations.
• Bonus: You experiment with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or other creative automation platforms.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience mentoring junior creatives.
• Familiarity with pitch decks, presentations, and campaign showcases.
• Curiosity about design, video, and how ideas come to life visually.
