Role Description The Digital Marketing + Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and other online channels to increase brand awareness and product engagement. The team member will design visual assets such as product brochures, social media creatives, website graphics, and promotional materials that align with Fidelis Healthcare’s branding guidelines. Typical responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and sales teams, creating content calendars, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and optimizing digital strategies based on data insights. The role also requires maintaining consistent visual identity, preparing design files for print and digital use, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in design and digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to create high-quality visual materials for digital and print channels.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Marketing to develop cohesive brand messaging and support promotional strategies.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage campaigns, monitor performance, and engage audiences across platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Coreldraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent graphic software.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate product features into clear visual communication.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams on-site.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field; prior experience in healthcare or consumer products is an advantage.
