Job Summary

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer & Digital Content Executive to design engaging social media creatives, support marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and manage basic website and landing page updates. The role requires strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube,

and other platforms.

• Brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with aviation trends and promotions.

• Assist in content scheduling and calendar planning.

• Conduct competitor and trend analysis to improve engagement.

• Design creatives for industry updates, hiring posts, seasonal campaigns, webinars,

testimonials, and educational content.

• Create and edit reels, teaser videos, and short-form content.

• Repurpose content into static, carousel, and video formats.

• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and maintain design assets.

• Create presentation decks, brochures, and offline creatives when required.

• Update website pages, banners, and landing pages; build new landing pages if required.

• Design and integrate lead capture forms and support basic lead automation.

• Coordinate with tech and marketing teams to track lead performance.

• Support HR and other departments with internal and external creatives.

• Analyse content performance and maintain records of creatives and campaign data.


Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Marketing or any related field.

• Prior internship experience is a plus.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively and handle sensitive situations with discretion.

• Experience in graphic design and digital content creation, preferably in social media marketing or branding.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing tools.

• Experience in creating social media creatives, reels, carousels, and short-form videos.

• Basic knowledge of website updates, landing page creation
