Role Description

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote hospital services, enhance brand visibility, and drive patient engagement across all online platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote hospital departments, doctors, and services.
  • Plan monthly content calendars with campaigns aligned to health days, hospital events, and specialty promotions.
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to generate leads and increase OPD/IPD footfall.

 

Social Media Management

  • Handle daily posting, engagement, and community management on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
  • Create meaningful content including posts, reels, videos, and awareness creatives.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and patient queries on social media (non-medical responses only).

 

Website & SEO

  • Manage website updates - doctor profiles, specialties, blogs, and news.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve hospital ranking on search engines.
  • Monitor website analytics, traffic, and conversion performance.

  

 Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Monitor and respond to Google Reviews
  • Maintain positive brand image by addressing feedback professionally.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as website traffic, lead generation, social media growth, and campaign results.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with doctors, departments, and front office for content gathering.
  • Coordinate with external agencies when required.
  • Support hospital events, camps, and outreach programmes with digital promotions.


Job Specification

1. Qualification: Any Graduate (Digital Marketing / Marketing / Mass Communication preferred)

2. Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industry.

3. Core Skills: Managing digital marketing campaigns, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), website updates, SEO implementation, online reputation management, and digital content coordination.
