Nakshatra Kids is a leading kidswear brand in South India, known for delivering premium quality and stylish fashion for children, located in Kodakara, Thrissur. With a strong and growing presence in both offline and online retail, we are recognised for our quality and style across the region and are looking for a dedicated digital marketing executive to join our in-house marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly from our store location, collaborating with a team that manages both digital and physical retail operations.


Job Overview

As a digital marketing executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our digital growth strategy. You will work closely with our existing marketing and sales teams to drive high-quality traffic, improve our search engine rankings, and manage our online store. This role requires a blend of technical SEO knowledge, creative campaign management, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities & Detailed Duties

1. SEO Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)

  • Organic Growth: Focus on improving the website’s search engine rankings to drive more organic traffic.
  • On-Page & Off-Page SEO: Implement basic SEO techniques, including optimising meta tags, improving internal linking, and executing backlink-building activities.
  • Content Optimisation: Refine product descriptions and site content to ensure they are SEO-friendly and rank effectively for relevant keywords.

2. Shopify Store Management

  • Digital Inventory: Manage and update our Shopify-powered online store with new arrivals and seasonal collections.
  • Site Maintenance: Ensure product pages are accurately updated and reflect the latest items available in our offline stores.

3. Performance Marketing Support

  • Campaign Monitoring: Assist the team in planning and monitoring performance-based campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Insight Reporting: Track digital growth trends and provide data-driven insights to help the team improve overall marketing results.

  • Requirements & Qualifications

    • Experience: 0-1 years of professional experience in a digital marketing role is required.
    • SEO Expertise: You must demonstrate high proficiency in both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
    • Technical Familiarity: Direct experience managing Shopify stores and running paid ad campaigns (Meta/Google) is highly preferred.
    • Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to interpret data and translate it into successful marketing strategies.
    • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
