Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive at Motion Education Bhubaneswar, located in Bhubaneswar. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential students. Daily responsibilities include creating and optimizing digital campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing digital traffic and campaign performance, and improving overall online engagement through SEO and SEM strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
• Experience in Social Media Management, Campaign Management, and Email Marketing
• Knowledge of performance analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and refine digital campaigns
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop engaging and compelling content
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns effectively
• Familiarity with paid ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, SEO) are a plus
• Previous experience in the education industry or ed-tech sector is an advantage
