We are now looking for a LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who understands B2B lead generation, conversion funnels, and email marketing automation.


Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing and executing LinkedIn lead generation systems for Martech Minds and our clients.

Your focus is not vanity metrics.

Your focus is qualified leads, meetings booked, and conversions.


This role requires someone who understands:

• LinkedIn organic growth

• LinkedIn outreach systems

• Email marketing funnels

• CRM & marketing automation

• B2B buyer psychology


Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Lead Generation

• Build and manage LinkedIn prospecting campaigns

• Create outreach sequences that generate conversations

• Optimize profiles for authority and conversion

• Identify and target high-value decision makers

Email Marketing Funnels

• Build automated email funnels for lead nurturing

• Design sequences that move prospects from cold → warm → meeting

• Improve open rates, reply rates, and conversions

• Use personalization and segmentation strategies

Conversion Optimization

• Improve response rates in outreach campaigns

• Optimize lead qualification workflows

• Track funnel metrics and continuously improve performance

Client Campaign Management

• Execute lead generation strategies for Martech Minds clients

• Deliver consistent qualified leads

• Provide performance reports and optimization insights


Required Skills

• LinkedIn lead generation tools (Sales Navigator preferred)

• Email marketing platforms (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake or similar)

• CRM experience (HubSpot / Zoho / similar)

• Understanding of B2B sales funnels

• Copywriting for outreach messages and emails

• Strong analytical mindset


Preferred Experience

• Experience generating leads for B2B service businesses

• Experience running LinkedIn outbound campaigns

• Understanding of marketing automation workflows

• Knowledge of AI tools for outreach personalization


Success Metrics (KPIs)

Your performance will be measured on:

• Qualified leads generated

• Response rates

• Meetings booked

• Conversion rate of funnels

• Revenue contribution
