We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to lead our online presence and performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Plan and implement campaigns across all digital channels to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Analyze trends and insights to optimize performance and ROI.
2️⃣ SEO & Website Coordination
• Coordinate with the SEO team to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Ensure all website content and landing pages are optimized for SEO and conversion.
• Track keyword performance, backlinks, and technical SEO improvements.
3️⃣ Social Media Management
• Build and manage the brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and X (Twitter).
• Create engaging content strategies to boost follower engagement and brand recall.
• Plan monthly social calendars and analyze social performance reports.
4️⃣ Paid Campaigns (Meta & Google Ads)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage ad budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Continuously monitor campaign KPIs like CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate for improvement.
5️⃣ Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Search Console to monitor digital health.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 0–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, paid ads, and SEO coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and social media analytics.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
