We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to lead our online presence and performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1οΈβ£ Strategy & Planning
β’ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
β’ Plan and implement campaigns across all digital channels to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
β’ Analyze trends and insights to optimize performance and ROI.
2οΈβ£ SEO & Website Coordination
β’ Coordinate with the SEO team to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
β’ Ensure all website content and landing pages are optimized for SEO and conversion.
β’ Track keyword performance, backlinks, and technical SEO improvements.
3οΈβ£ Social Media Management
β’ Build and manage the brand presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and X (Twitter).
β’ Create engaging content strategies to boost follower engagement and brand recall.
β’ Plan monthly social calendars and analyze social performance reports.
4οΈβ£ Paid Campaigns (Meta & Google Ads)
β’ Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
β’ Manage ad budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
β’ Continuously monitor campaign KPIs like CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate for improvement.
5οΈβ£ Analytics & Reporting
β’ Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
β’ Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Search Console to monitor digital health.

Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
β’ 0β2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, paid ads, and SEO coordination.
β’ Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and social media analytics.
β’ Creative mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
β’ Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
