Digital Marketing Executive

Competitive Cracker is seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate quality leads for our courses and training programs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, social media management, and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Generate quality leads for courses and training programs.
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI.
• Coordinate with the content and design team for creatives and promotional campaigns.
• Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Support branding, awareness, and student acquisition initiatives.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
  

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in promoting online courses, coaching institutes, or training programs.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
• Understanding of conversion tracking and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic marketing creatives.
