Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads) . The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, and growth-driven with good communication skills and a stable mindset. Key Responsibilities Execute and manage SEO strategies (keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization). Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns. Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Plan and manage digital marketing activities to support lead generation and brand visibility. Collaborate with content/design teams for blogs, creatives, and landing pages. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and new digital opportunities. Ensure accurate tracking through GA, GSC, Tag Manager, and UTM parameters. Required Skills & Qualifications ? 2?3 years of business development experience in the IT/software industry. Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Target-driven, proactive, and self-managed. On-site availability in Ahmedabad (Mandatory). Immediate joiners preferred.
