Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Nagpur-WFO

Employment Type: Full-Time

Growwithba is a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through SEO, paid advertising, eCommerce marketing, and data-driven strategies. We work with clients across India and international markets including the USA.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who understands modern digital channels and can execute campaigns that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Management

● Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization ● Optimize website pages, meta tags, headings, and internal linking

● Create and manage SEO strategies to improve organic rankings ● Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes

● Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools

Paid Advertising (PPC)

● Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max ● Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI

● Monitor keyword performance, CPC, and conversions

Content & Marketing

● Plan and execute content marketing strategies

● Coordinate with content writers for SEO blog creation

● Optimize landing pages for better conversions

Social Media Marketing

● Manage social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn ● Create engaging posts and monitor audience engagement

Analytics & Reporting

● Track campaign performance and generate monthly marketing reports ● Analyze traffic, leads, and conversions

● Suggest improvements based on data insights

Required Skills

● Strong understanding of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) ● Experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign management ● Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console ● Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog ● Basic understanding of WordPress and website optimization ● Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

● Experience with eCommerce marketing

● Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) ● Experience working with international clients (USA, UK etc.) ● Understanding of AI marketing tools

Qualification

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field ● Digital marketing certifications are a plus
