Digital Marketing Consultant


Role Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant to support performance marketing, lead

generation, and reporting initiatives across our portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on,

execution-focused role with exposure to paid media, subscription funnels, B2B lead

generation, and finance-related reporting.The role will need to ensure that the campaigns

are executed efficiently, leads are tracked accurately, and performance data is translated into

clear reports and dashboards.


Duration : 1 year

Joining Location : Mumbai

Experience : 2-3 years


Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Execution


Execute and manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads

Implement targeting, budgets, and bidding as per defined strategy

Monitor daily performance and flag/troubleshoot anomalies or optimisation

opportunities


Optimise ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversions

2. Lead Generation for multiple business initiatives


Manage digital lead generation campaigns for multiple business initiatives

Ensure lead quality, source tracking, and correct routing to sales/telecalling teams

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on lead requirements and volumes

Monitor CPL, lead quality indicators, and campaign efficiency

Maintain clean lead data and documentation

3. Funnel & Conversion Optimisation


Support optimisation of end-to-end funnels (ad → landing page → form / checkout)

Assist with initiatives such as copy, creatives, CTAs, and user flow

Work with tech and creative teams to implement changes

Track the pixel journey for all ad accounts

4. Reporting, Dashboards & Finance Coordination


Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports across campaigns

Maintain and update dashboards covering spend, leads, sales, and revenue

Track budgets, spends, invoices, and campaign-wise costs

Support finance-related reporting including reconciliation, vendor spends, and ROAS

tracking

5. Testing, Learning & Documentation


Assist in A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copies, and offers

Document test results, insights, and learnings

Stay updated on platform changes and performance marketing best practices

6. Cross-Functional Coordination


Work closely with the Marketing Manager on planning and prioritisation

Coordinate with sales, telecalling, tech, finance, creative teams, and B2B clients

Ensure smooth handover of leads and campaign data across teams


Desired Profile


Must-Have


2+ years of experience in digital / performance marketing

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Experience managing lead generation campaigns

Comfort with numbers, budgets, and reporting

Strong execution skills with attention to detail

Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Sheets,

Google Docs, etc.


Good to Have


Experience with B2B lead generation or directory-style product promotions

Basic understanding of finance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, revenue attribution)

Experience in media, publishing, or subscription-based businesses
