Digital Marketing Associate

Role description:

This is an on-site role for a Digital Marketing Associate at VOLUME. The role involves supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, setup, and execution of paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Marketplace advertising platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart).
• Assist in creating and managing campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Work closely with the creative team to align ad creatives, copies, and formats with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance and help track key metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Support keyword research, audience targeting, product listing ads, and basic A/B testing under supervision.
• Assist in optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Stay updated on platform features, ad formats, and best practices across Meta, Google, and marketplace advertising.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Marketplace ad platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance indicators.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in performance and marketplace marketing.
