About The Role
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands and departments at MnK. This role is suited to someone with practical marketing experience and an understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication. The Digital Marketing Assistant will support a range of operational and creative tasks, including website updates, social media content creation, digital and printed materials, reports, and internal communications. This role is intended to support ongoing marketing activities and improve overall team efficiency.
Main tasks
¥265,000–¥290,000 per month, commensurate with experience and language ability.

This role is intended to support ongoing marketing activities and improve overall team efficiency.
Main tasks
- Support day-to-day marketing tasks across multiple brands and departments
- Create, edit, and publish social media content
- Update website content and CMS items
- Design and edit digital and printed marketing materials
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Prepare reports and internal communication materials
- Coordinate marketing-related requests from internal teams
- Support advertising and campaign-related tasks
- Photography skills or experience
- Videography, video editing skills or experience
- Experience with Webflow, website design, UX/UI, or CMS platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ad analytics, or reporting
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and Ad Manager
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, real estate, or ski industry-related businesses
- Additional language skills such as Chinese or Thai
¥265,000–¥290,000 per month, commensurate with experience and language ability.
