Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Intern role based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, including social media activities, email outreach, and basic SEO tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential clients, building and updating lead lists, assisting in campaign performance tracking, and preparing reports using web analytics tools. The role also involves creating simple content for digital channels, engaging with prospects under guidance, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion. The intern will be expected to follow company processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute ideas to enhance digital strategies.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and lead generation concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bhubaneswar and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using common digital tools (spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or marketing platforms).
• Pursuing or having completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
