Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Band: Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Reporting to: Digital marketing Manager


Purpose Of Role


As a global leader in the beer industry, we are seeking an experienced and results oriented individual to join our team of Digital Marketing.

In this key role, you will be responsible for streams like Social Listening, Media Reporting, Media Governance & Reporting, Media Management and SEO team within Marketing and Consumer Insights COE function of our organization.


Key Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Lead SEO strategy and website optimization by driving technical SEO, content optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis, and continuous improvements to enhance organic search performance and user experience.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms, ensuring effective execution, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze website, SEO, campaign, and social media performance data to generate actionable insights, create dashboards and reports, and provide strategic recommendations to Employer Branding, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Content, Workday, Employer Branding, and Zone stakeholders to implement digital initiatives, improve website capabilities, and ensure adherence to SEO and analytics best practices.
  • Lead projects, manage stakeholder communications, prioritize multiple workstreams, identify automation and process improvement opportunities, and ensure timely delivery of all routine and ad hoc requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Mentor and develop team members, foster knowledge sharing, drive operational excellence, and continuously enhance team capabilities while maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction and service quality.


Skills required:


Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, SEO, and media performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with social listening, analytics, and marketing tools such as Google Looker Studio, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter/X Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Search Console, Workday Analytics, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling business stories.
  • Ability to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and innovative opportunities to provide strategic recommendations for draftLine and business stakeholders.
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder management.


Preferred (Good to have) Skills:

  • Knowledge of tools like Brandwatch, Cision, Emplifi, Salesforce Datorama etc.
  • Up to date with the latest digital marketing, SEO, and search engine algorithm changes.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Content Management Systems (CMS) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master’s degree. Additional certifications in digital marketing would be advantageous.


Note: This is an offshore role and requires comfort with working in virtual environment. GCC is referred to as the offshore location from where the position will be based out of. Role requires to work in collaborative manner with Zone/ Global/country heads and GCC commercial teams.
