Digital Marketer (Senior)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital marketer to lead our SEO department, drive organic growth strategies, and manage client success across multiple projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with proven experience in team management, client handling, and agency environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation for clients

• Handle multiple client accounts and participate in client discussions, meetings, and performance reviews

• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations

• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits

• Execute and optimize On-Page SEO activities, including meta tags, content optimization, internal linking, schema markup, and website structure

• Monitor and improve Technical SEO aspects such as crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and website health

• Plan and execute Off-Page SEO activities, including backlink acquisition and authority-building strategies

• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools

• Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable SEO recommendations to clients

• Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices

Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency

* Strong experience in client handling, client communication, and stakeholder management

* Experience working with multiple clients across different industries

* Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO

* Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms

* Ability to develop SEO strategies and drive measurable results

* Excellent analytical, leadership, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous agency experience is mandatory

* Experience managing international clients and projects will be an added advantage

* Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
