Bayer FarmRise One is Bayer’s digital agriculture platform that empowers farmers through technology-driven advisory, digital services, and partnerships with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and PACS. The platform aims to improve farm productivity, profitability, and sustainable agriculture.

📌 Job Details

• Digital Lead (DL) 📍 Locations: Tanjore and Thoothukudi – Tamil Nadu, Idukki and Thrissur, Kerala Experience: 1–2 Years
• Senior Digital Lead (SDL) 📍 Location: Kerala Experience: 3–4 Years
  
  

🎓 Educational Qualification

– B.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture

– Experience in agri-inputs, pesticides, rural business, FPOs, PACS, or agri-sales preferred

– Strong communication skills

– Two-wheeler is mandatory

Note: Only candidates with prior experience in the pesticide industry are eligible to apply for these positions.

Freshers are not eligible.
