Role/ Job Title: Digital Journey Specialist
Function/ Department: Digital Solutions
Job Purpose:
The role holder has the responsibility to architect the digital transformation journey with specialized solutions in line with the current market trends as well as long-term objectives of the bank. The role holder is expected to provide subject matter expertise to break down real, complex problems into simple workable solutions and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure best in class user experience for the clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)/Bachelor of Commerce(B.Com)/Bachelor of Business Administration(BBA)
Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

The role holder is expected to provide subject matter expertise to break down real, complex problems into simple workable solutions and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure best in class user experience for the clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architect the digital transformation journey with specialized solutions in line with the current market trends and long-term objectives of the bank.
- Review the spend and value targets for Digital transformation and track the monthly performance and report progress.
- Provide subject matter expertise in resolving complex problems by breaking them down into minimum viable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to provide digital solutions for business requirements to stimulate and promote new digital capabilities.
- Supervise and review project plans including resource and cost estimates.
- Active involvement in improving the overall project delivery by ensuring thorough processes for various phases like development, internal testing and UAT, reviewing the defect backlog and clarifying requirements where necessary.
- Create a culture of agility, elite performance, and innovation.
- Manage relationships with various third-party digital delivery partners, to garner new digital initiatives and trends in the market.
- Work with IT Digital transformation team to regularly monitor and review performance, suggest ideas for improvements and enhancing efficiency.
- Review training materials and documentation for internal business users, keep materials up-to-date, and coordinate ongoing training sessions.
- Review dashboards on key metrics for Senior Management.
- Assure adherence to the regulatory guidelines set by the bank.
