The Opportunity As part of the Power Transformers Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on digital & automation transformation in manufacturing. You will work with our transformer factories worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating digital / automation and process analysis programs and projects. You will share your knowledge by delivering global training. How You?ll Make An Impact Support the global digitalization and automation implementation demands for power transformers business. Improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of our power transformer factories through integration and automation, IoT solutions, AI, cloud and advanced analytics. Provide expert support to our factories for implementation, training, and process improvement activities. Conduct factory assessments and drive the implementation of appropriate digitalization / automation solutions. Develop standard requirements for digital / automation manufacturing solutions. Develop and update documentations training material and user manuals related to digitalization tools deployed in the transformer factories. Drive cooperation with innovation team to continuously improve existing and to introduce new systems in a systematic manner. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background Experience in manufacturing automation / digitalization. Skills in areas such as manufacturing digitalization, automation and process analysis. Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes. Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education. International experience, working with different countries and cultures. Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills. University degree.
