About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital and search advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and conversions through data-driven strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management, performance optimization, and working in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and validate digital advertising campaigns aligned with business and customer goals
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance (Impressions, CTR, Conversions, ROAS, etc.)
• Collaborate with Account Managers and stakeholders to define campaign objectives and KPIs
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify optimization opportunities
• Analyze campaign data to extract insights and improve performance
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear recommendations
• Coordinate with vendors or agencies for ad production and media placements when required
• Work with analytics teams to improve audience targeting and campaign efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising operations or campaign management
• Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising and campaign activation
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, DoubleClick, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of ad serving, tagging, and creative implementation
• Proven experience in campaign performance tracking and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
