Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Advertising Sales Manager to drive advertiser acquisition and revenue growth.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end advertising sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to pitching AdxReel’s advertising solutions and closing deals. You will work closely with brands, media agencies, and marketing leaders to deliver high-impact advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire brands and advertising agencies across industries such as FMCG, fashion, technology, and e-commerce.
• Pitch AdxReel’s advertising solutions, including:
- Interactive video ads
- Influencer-led campaigns
- AR-based product experiences
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop custom campaign proposals and media strategies aligned with client objectives and marketing KPIs.
• Build long-term relationships with CMOs, Brand Managers, Media Planners, and Agency Leaders.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize advertising outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, media sales, or AdTech sales.
• Proven track record of closing advertising deals with brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising models including CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Existing network with brand marketers and media agencies in India.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, prospecting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients while meeting revenue targets and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
