Role Description The Digital Ads Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other performance channels. This role involves conducting audience research, setting up campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting targeting, creatives, and budgets to achieve lead generation and conversion goals. The specialist collaborates with marketing and counselling teams to align campaigns with admission cycles, program promotions, and brand messaging. Daily tasks include analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, managing ad assets, coordinating with design and content teams, and staying updated on digital marketing trends and platform best practices. The role also includes testing new ad formats, channels, and strategies to continuously improve ROI and reach.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign insights.
  • Candidates should possess Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing skills to plan, execute, and refine multi-channel advertising initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is highly beneficial.
  • Understanding of lead generation funnels, remarketing, and conversion tracking, preferably within EdTech or education services, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, maintain accuracy under deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing campaign requirements.
