SHORT JD TO FOCUS - Job Title: Dialogflow CX Developer Mandatory skill - Dialog Flow Chatbot Developer, UI Development, Javascript Summary: We are seeking a talented and passionate Dialogflow CX Developer to join our innovative Engen Chat team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying solutions using Google's Dialogflow CX platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong development skills and a desire to build engaging and effective user experiences. Responsibilities: Develop and implement complex conversational flows, including intents, entities, and fulfillment logic using cloud functions, webhooks, or other appropriate technologies. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Implement and maintain robust error handling and logging mechanisms. Monitor and analyze agent performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards for the team. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dialogflow CX agent performance. Work with the team to establish best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring of chat platform applications. Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience. 6 to 9 years of overall software development experience. Proven experience (2+ years) in developing and deploying chat solutions using Dialogflow CX. Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript and Node. Experience with API integration (REST, SOAP). Experience with Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills/Experience: Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Developer certifications. Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin Experience with Jest (for unit tests) and testing frameworks and methodologies. Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Experience working in an Agile development environment.
