Modernize Chip Solutions is hiring for below requirements.
Role: DFT Engineer
Experience: 7+ yrs
Location: BLR
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
JD:
- Full-chip DFT architecture, insertion & signoff
- Scan chain insertion & compression (Siemens Tessent)
- MBIST, ATPG, Fault Simulation
- IEEE 1149.1 JTAG & Boundary Scan
- DFT integration for PHY & third-party IPs
- Experience with Siemens Tessent or Synopsys DFT Compiler
- Automotive DFT (AEC-Q100) experience is a plus
