Job Description

Strong experience in platform engineering across people, process, and technology, with a focus on AI-augmented DevSecOps practices. Hands-on expertise in CI/CD/CT pipeline development using Java, .NET, ERP platforms, with strong scripting and automation capabilities. Experience designing and optimizing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including auto-scaling, high availability, and AI-based resource orchestration. Proficiency with DevOps toolchains: Git, Maven, Artifactory, Nexus; and configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet. Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible Tower, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes. Experience in integrating and using AI developer tools like GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, and Microsoft 365 Copilot in engineering workflows. Skilled in managing EKS (AWS), AKS (Azure), and OpenShift clusters, with hands-on experience in provisioning, scaling, and lifecycle operations Analyze client IT environments to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency using AI-powered DevSecOps tools and methodologies across traditional and cloud-native platforms. Prepare gap analysis and design a roadmap for AI-integrated DevOps automation, covering CI/CD/CT pipelines from requirements to deployment. Architect intelligent DevSecOps tooling infrastructure, defining interfaces and integrations with platforms like GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and AI-enhanced developer tools. Mentor DevOps engineers in leveraging Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, and Microsoft 365 Copilot to accelerate development, testing, and deployment workflows. Apply Prompt Engineering techniques to optimize interactions with LLMs and improve automation, code generation, and documentation. Research and evaluate emerging technologies in AI/ML, MLOps, and Generative AI, contributing to solution development and innovation.
