What We Expect We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps/SRE Lead to set up and drive our DevOps strategy, oversee infrastructure setup, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our multi-safe cloud architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation, CI/CD, cloud migration, Jenkins and infrastructure as code (IaC) and tool management skills. The candidate work in a cross-functional environment supporting a 10-person team in one of the top locations in Pune and collaborating with a 30-person team in Germany The role involves hands-on work as well as setting strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Establish and own DevOps/SRE responsibilities such as taking complete ownership of infrastructure setup, reliability, and scalability. Design and deploy CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Maven, streamlining build, test, and deployment for C#-based MSI packages. Design and implement multi-environment infrastructure (Dev, UAT, Prod) on Jenkins, Azure Cloud. Setup, migration and maintaining of on-prem Ubuntu and Azure cloud environment servers. Manage the user authentication migration from OpenLDAP to Azure Entra ID using SAML & Atlassian Guard. Implement observability and performance monitoring using tools like Fluentd, Kibana, and Grafana. Provide guidance and operational support for diagnosing, resolving and closing tool-related issues as well as managing corresponding ticketing workflows. Who we are looking for Bachelor?s degree in Computer Engineering or other technical engineering fields. 6+ years of experience in leading DevOps/SRE, Jenkins in enterprise or large-scale environments DevOps and cloud platform certifications available. Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and compliance standards. Administrator level experience for the Atlassian Toolchain (including Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence), Jenkins, Check MK, and Unix servers. Strong Git and Bitbucket expertise, Shell scripting and Unix/Linux system administration Deep understanding of configuration management (baselining, change management) Microsoft Azure experience is an additional advantage. Automated infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible Playbooks is an additional advantage. The profile is supplemented by experience managing databases and networks. Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills. Experience with safety standards is a plus. What we offer Health and Safety ?
