Job hiring for Bespoke Labs Job Title: DevOps/Backend Engineer Location: Remote Experience: 3-5 years of experience Role: We are hiring DevOps and Backend Engineers to build secure, scalable, and production-ready infrastructure and backend systems. You will work across modern cloud-native technologies, automation, and distributed systems?often in isolated/offline environments requiring high reliability and security. What You?ll Work On DevOps Engineering Kubernetes-based orchestration Terraform-based IaC CI/CD automation (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Setting up and operating secure, standalone environments Backend Engineering Backend development using Go, Python, or Java Docker, gRPC, and Kubernetes-native services Integrations with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Experience with ML pipelines or large-scale data systems is a plus Requirements 3?5 years experience in DevOps, SRE, backend engineering, platform engineering, or cloud operations Technical degree from an accredited university Experience with 5+ technologies , such as: Kubernetes, Terraform OSS, GitLab CI, Keycloak, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, MinIO, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Nginx, Kong, AWS/GCP/Azure, etc. Experience with 5+ functional areas , including: IAM, SCM, CI/CD, Container Orchestration, Secrets Management, Monitoring, Logging, Distributed Tracing, Object Storage, Databases, Incident Management, Cost Management, API Gateways, Proxy Servers.
