Location: Hyderabad, India,865 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office)Experience: 4?5 YearsSalary Range: INR 12,00,000 ? 18,00,000Hiring Process: 2 Technical Rounds + 1 Client RoundNotice Period: 0?15 Days (Mandatory)Job Stability: Required(Min 1.5yr-2yrs) in every organization Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Tester III with strong experience across the full development lifecycle and hands-on expertise in automated testing, DevOps tooling, AWS services, and scripting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities and communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing across the full development lifecycle. Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and methodologies. Work with DevOps and IaC tools to support continuous integration and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and resolve issues. Troubleshoot and debug production systems deployed on AWS. Apply TDD/BDD practices to improve code quality and reliability. Stay updated with latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices. Must-Have Skills 4+ years of hands-on software testing experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. DevOps & IaC Tooling: CDK, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Groovy, Shell scripting. Scripting: Python (preferred) or PowerShell. Knowledge of Configuration as Code principles and API integrations. AWS Services: Lake Formation, IAM, Glue, EC2 (or similar). Strong experience with automated testing methodologies. Exposure to TDD and BDD frameworks. Experience debugging and resolving issues in AWS environments. Good-to-Have Skills Understanding of Agile methodologies. AWS Solutions Architect Certification. Experience with CloudFormation and CDK. Knowledge of RESTful and Microservices architecture. Familiarity with SonarQube and Veracode. Understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices. Skills: AWS, Glue, SDET capabilities. Additional Details Hybrid work model (3 days in office).
