Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a DevOps Tech Lead based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for remote work. The DevOps Tech Lead will manage and optimize deployment pipelines, establish and monitor CI/CD processes, and implement effective Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure systems. Responsibilities also include collaborating with development teams to enhance software delivery and maintaining system performance across Linux-based environments.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines and related tools
• Strong skills in Linux and System Administration
• Expertise in Software Development processes that complement DevOps practices
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence and system reliability
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
