Drive the technical vision and strategy for infrastructure and DevOps practices across the organization. This role combines exceptional technical expertise with strategic leadership, focusing on designing enterprise-scale solutions, setting technical standards, and influencing engineering culture to deliver world-class infrastructure and deployment capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the technical strategy for infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions with focus on reliability and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve system architecture and operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams in advanced DevOps practices and architectural decisions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and establish technical standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and DevOps.
• Expert-level knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence technical direction across teams.
• Deep expertise in system design, performance optimization, and security best practices.
