DevOps / SRE Lead

Role Description We?re looking for an experienced DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead who can drive cloud-native infrastructure, reliability, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP-managed services, while also mentoring a high-performing team and managing client expectations effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of DevOps / SRE engineers. Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure deployments. Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems using Kubernetes (GKE) and Helm . Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and GCP-native tools. Implement and maintain observability stack using Grafana , Alertmanager , and PagerDuty . Work closely with clients to understand requirements, set expectations, and deliver outcomes. Manage and monitor messaging and database systems including Kafka , PostgreSQL , and AlloyDB . Ensure systems reliability, uptime, and performance tuning across environments. Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, and product teams. Required Skills & Experience 8?12 years of total experience in DevOps, Cloud, or SRE roles. Strong expertise in Kubernetes , Helm , Terraform , and GCP managed services . Proven experience with Kafka , PostgreSQL , and AlloyDB . Solid understanding of Git-based workflows (GitHub / GitLab). Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager, PagerDuty). Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams , manage priorities, and deliver high-impact results. GCP certification is a strong plus.
