Job Description
Design, implement, maintain observability stack (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting); Instrument applications / infra for telemetry; Define SLOs, SLIs, error budgets; Integrate monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger etc.); Create dashboards, alerts, anomaly detection; Perform root cause analysis, system health reporting 10+ years in observability, SRE, platform engineering; Deep experience with tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger etc.); Instrumentation, metrics, tracing, logs expertise; Understanding distributed systems, performance bottlenecks; Collaboration across dev, operations, architecture
