Devops Lead/Architect

Role & Responsibilities Define and own platform architecture for cloud-native, microservices-based applications?design scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure across public cloud environments. 7+ years of experience in Lead/Architect , design and delivery of CI/CD pipelines and release automation to enable repeatable, low-risk deployments and faster time-to-market. Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards, modules, and drift-management using tools like Terraform and configuration management frameworks. Architect and operate container orchestration and runtime platforms (Kubernetes), including networking, ingress, service mesh patterns, and Helm chart management. Build and maintain robust observability, logging, alerting, and incident response practices to drive SLAs and platform reliability improvements. Mentor and grow engineering teams, establish DevOps best practices, perform architecture reviews, and collaborate closely with development, security, and product teams. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Kubernetes Docker Terraform Ansible Jenkins Git AWS Prometheus Preferred Helm ArgoCD Vault Additional Qualifications : Proven track record leading DevOps/platform engineering teams and delivering production-grade cloud platforms. Strong architectural mindset with hands-on experience in automation, security-by-design, cost optimisation, and on-call operations. Must be based in India and available for an on-site role.
