Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to lead our DevOps teams and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, deep technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. About the Role : Reporting to: AGM Responsibilities : Team Leadership & Development Project Management Technical Oversight Innovation & Strategy Qualifications : Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in technical role (software development, IT) and 2+ years in managerial capacity. Required Skills : Strong understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira). Working knowledge with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern tech stacks. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Background in project efforts estimation and resource planning.
