Devops Engineer

Industry & Sector: A staffing and HR solutions firm supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, and digital transformation clients across India. We place and enable technical teams for cloud-native, infrastructure automation, and production operations engagements. This is an on-site role based in India.

Role Title: DevOps Engineer (primary standardized title: DevOps Engineer)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test and deployment workflows for multiple application stacks.
• Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) to provision and scale cloud resources reliably and repeatably.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle, upgrades and capacity planning.
• Instrument systems for observability: implement monitoring, logging and alerting to drive SLA-driven incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Automate routine operational tasks, runbooks and release processes to reduce manual toil and accelerate delivery cadence.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to drive secure, performant, and compliant production deployments and troubleshoot production incidents.

Qualifications & Experience
