Job Title: DevOps Engineer Company: theoceann.ai Location: Noida Sector 142 Experience: 3?5 Years Availability: Immediate Joiner Job Summary theoceann.ai is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS & Azure), CI/CD pipelines, dedicated server handling, deployment automation, and database management. The ideal candidate must also have hands-on experience with Git, Kafka, Solr, caching systems, SMTP/email servers, load balancing , disaster recovery , and server performance optimization . Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment. Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure , including compute, storage, networking, and security. Configure and maintain dedicated servers , ensuring reliability and uptime. Implement load balancing solutions (ALB/ELB, Nginx, HAProxy, Azure Load Balancer). Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) strategies, backups, and failover procedures. Optimize server performance (CPU, memory, I/O, caching, kernel tuning, etc.). Manage and monitor databases (SQL/NoSQL) including optimization and backup strategies. Manage code repositories and branching workflows using Git . Work with Kafka , Solr , and various caching technologies (Redis, Memcached, Varnish). Configure and maintain SMTP/mail servers for reliable email services. Automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. Monitor systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high application availability. Implement security best practices for cloud and on-prem infrastructures. Prepare detailed documentation for infrastructure, workflows, and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 3?5 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer . Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services. Proficiency in Git and version control workflows. Experience with Kafka and Solr administration. Knowledge of caching systems : Redis, Memcached, Varnish, etc. Experience managing SMTP/mail servers . Hands-on experience with load balancers and traffic distribution strategies. Knowledge of disaster recovery planning , backups, failover, and redundancy. Expertise in server performance tuning and optimization. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps. Strong scripting skills: Bash, Python, PowerShell. Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus). Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, DNS, SSL, and security best practices. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in AWS, Azure, or DevOps. Experience with micro services architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
