Join immediately to build a secure cloud development environment (Mac mini ? S3/GCS, GitHub+LFS) for our AI team. Includes training for Japan-related projects and a path to Phase 2 (on-prem GPU/MLOps) for career growth. ? Position Overview We are looking for a Japanese-speaking DevOps Engineer to support the setup of our cloud-based AI development environment (Mac mini ? Cloud). You will work with S3/GCS, GitHub + LFS, lightweight CI/CD, and help create a reliable environment for 2?4 AI interns. A 1-month practical training program for working with Japanese companies may be provided for qualified candidates. ? Key Responsibilities Configure cloud storage (S3/GCS/Supabase/Dropbox), IAM roles, and secure upload workflows Set up GitHub workflows, Git LFS, pre-commit hooks, and basic CI Prepare Mac mini development environments (VSCode, Python, Docker) Create documentation, onboarding guides, and data handling rules ? Required Skills Japanese: JLPT N3+ AWS or GCP (3+ years), including S3/GCS Linux/Mac & CLI operations GitHub (incl. LFS), IAM & API key basics Basic Docker & Python environment setup ? Preferred Skills Supabase / Dropbox Business GitHub Actions, Terraform/IaC Experience supporting interns/juniors Basic AI/Computer Vision knowledge ? Work Style Preferably able to work from Bangalore office Remote candidates need strong Japanese communication Optional Japan-corporate training (1?2 months) if aligned with future Japan-related assignments ?
