DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer you'll own the path from commit to production — CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, and security. You'll make deploys boring, systems reliable, and developers faster, with automation and good defaults everywhere.

Responsibilities

• Design CI/CD pipelines with automated tests, preview environments, artifact promotion, rollback paths, and safe secret handling.
• Manage cloud infrastructure as code across compute, storage, networking, DNS, queues, databases, and edge services.
• Build observability with logs, metrics, traces, SLOs, dashboards, alerts, and incident runbooks that developers actually use.
• Harden infrastructure through least-privilege IAM, secret rotation, vulnerability scanning, backup strategy, and audit trails.
• Improve reliability and cost through capacity planning, autoscaling, cache/CDN strategy, load testing, and failure drills.
• Create developer tooling that makes local setup, deployments, migrations, and production debugging faster and safer.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or backend infrastructure for production systems.
• Strong practical experience with AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, or similar, plus CI/CD, containers, DNS, TLS, and networking basics.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or equivalent, including reviewable modules and environment separation.
• Solid Linux, shell scripting, observability, incident response, backup/restore, secrets management, and security fundamentals.
• A bias for automation, documentation, measurable reliability, and reducing operational risk rather than adding tooling for its own sake.
  
  

Eligibility

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable infrastructure or platform work.
• Available to work on-site in Vadodara, full-time.

Compensation

Compensation for this role: ₹10–18 LPA, based on skills and experience.
