Company:IT Services Organization Key Skills: Shell Scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Continuous Integration, Terraform Roles and Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure on AWS. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, and Argo CD, integrating Prometheus and Grafana for continuous monitoring, automated deployment validation, and end-to-end observability across cloud-native environments. Monitor and maintain system performance and reliability using Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring real-time visibility, alerting, and SLO compliance across all services. Oversee containerization efforts with Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Docker. Utilize programming and scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, and Bash to automate processes and improve efficiency. Optimize uptime and proactively resolve issues through data-driven observability, automation, and continuous performance tuning. Manage databases and analytics platforms including Cassandra, Databricks, PowerBI, PostgreSQL, and MSSQL. Ensure version control best practices with GitHub, SVN, and VSTS. Oversee API management. Manage ticketing and incident response using Jira, ZenDesk, and PagerDuty. Implement and promote Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate. Skills Required: Strong experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native services Hands-on expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (AWS DevOps, Jenkins, Argo CD) Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Skilled in monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafina Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Shell Scripting Experience managing databases: Cassandra, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Understanding of analytics tools (PowerBI) Knowledge of GitHub, SVN, and VSTS for version control Experience with incident management tools: Jira, Zendesk, PagerDuty Ability to work with API management tools Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and automation skills Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
