We engineer it! We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and system reliability. You will play a critical role in automating deployments, strengthening platform stability, and enabling fast, secure, and scalable delivery for our data and application platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical ownership, cross-team collaboration, and building resilient DevOps ecosystems. What You Bring 4?7 years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise or SaaS environments Strong Linux administration skills (Ubuntu, RedHat, Rocky, CentOS) Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI preferred; Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps acceptable) Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration Experience working with AWS / Azure / GCP or private cloud environments Solid understanding of networking concepts: DNS, VPC, load balancers, firewalls Experience with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar) Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work in production environments Desired Skills Experience with VMware / Tanzu or on-prem Kubernetes Knowledge of microservices deployment architectures Experience in infrastructure cost optimization and capacity planning Exposure to Kafka, ActiveMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL DevOps / Kubernetes / AWS / Azure certifications Your Role As a DevOps Engineer, you will CI/CD & Automation Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines Automate build, test, release, and deployment workflows Manage source control strategies, versioning, and artifact repositories Infrastructure & Cloud Provision and manage infrastructure across cloud and private environments Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation Build observability using monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks Containers & Orchestration Manage Docker images, container registries, and deployments Deploy and operate Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE, or on-prem) Ensure cluster health, scalability, networking, and resource efficiency Automation & Scripting Develop automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell Optimize deployment pipelines and system performance Security & Compliance Implement security best practices: IAM, RBAC, secrets management, SSL/TLS Support vulnerability assessments and remediation Ensure compliance with internal and client security standards Collaboration & Support Work closely with Development, QA, and Release teams Support production deployments and incident resolution Create clear documentation, runbooks, and operational guidelines Why Choose LERA?
