Job Role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer – Generative AI who will play an integral part in shaping the design of our products. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of AI and based out of Noida, this individual will be in charge of AI agent and AI system deployments, leading systems design, and architecture diagram development.

Principal Responsibilities And Duties

Design, deploy, and manage on-premises and cloud environments for QA and production, ensuring high availability and security.
Lead deployments of AI agents and enterprise applications into scalable and automated infrastructure environments.
Define system requirements, design system and network architectures, and create clear documentation and architecture diagrams.
Write, maintain, and debug Python scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment pipelines and integration workflows.
Monitor and maintain production API and microservice ecosystems, ensuring uptime, performance, and observability.
Participate in risk analysis and develop proactive Risk Management Plans across system lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, support QA testing, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Build, enhance, and integrate new services across platforms using technologies such as Python, .NET (C#), SQL Server, and Angular.

You Are a Good Fit for This Role If You:

Thrive on problem-solving, innovation, and hands-on technical execution.
Have 3+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or software architecture.
Have 2+ years of experience architecting and implementing cloud infrastructure and on-premises server environments.
Possess experience with Generative AI development, including prompt engineering with models like GPT‑4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, or Gemini.
Have 2+ years of experience with Python development and familiarity with at least one of the following: .NET (C#), SQL Server, or related technologies.
Can clearly visualize and design system architecture diagrams using standard tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio).
Have experience working in dynamic startup environments or multidisciplinary AI teams.
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
