About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps professional to join our team at a leadership level (Deputy Manager / Manager). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments while leading DevOps initiatives and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for efficient releases
• Lead DevOps best practices, standards, and governance
• Manage version control systems and branching strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes and system reliability
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and manage small teams (for Manager role)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python, or Bash)
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
• Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing DevOps teams or leading projects
• Certification in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.)
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
