DevOps Engineer ? Customer Client Management (CCM)

Role Overview The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and automating deployment processes for CCM platforms. This role supports agile development teams by ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient environments for customer-facing applications and backend systems. Work Related Requirements ? Project is USA based project. Candidate should be willing to work in the US time-zone. Preference to candidate flexible to work in different shifts. ? Hyderabad based candidate preferred. ? Work form office predominantly ? Preference to candidate who can join immediately Key Responsibilities ? CI/CD Pipeline Management : Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for CCM applications. Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure, and reliable platform deployments in customer/client management systems ? Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. ? Cloud Operations : Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support scalable CCM solutions. ? Monitoring & Logging : Set up and maintain observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) to ensure system health and performance. Monitor platform uptime, system health, service usage, and key customer metrics to quickly resolve issues affecting the client experience. Implement and manage logging, alerting, and observability practices targeting workflows critical to customer management. ? Security & Compliance : Implement DevSecOps practices to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance in customer data flows. ? Collaboration : Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment reliability. Collaborate with development, QA, and customer support teams to integrate code changes and test environments that meet client-focused release criteria ? Incident Response : Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root cause analysis and postmortems. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement rollback or disaster recovery as needed. ? Automation : Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes, with a focus on cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) ? Compliance: Ensure systems are secure and compliant; proactively assess vulnerabilities in platforms processing customer data. ? Leadership : Mentor team members, advocate for DevOps best practices, and promote a collaborative environment aligned to business goals. Requirements Required Skills & Experience ? 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles. ? Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). ? Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). ? Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). ? Familiarity with CCM platforms (e.g., Exstream, OpenText, Quadient Inspire, SmartCOMM). ? Familiarity with programming languages such as NET, ASP.NET, C#, WPF, WCF, Angular, C#, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, No SQL (Mongo / Document DB), Web API, REST services, JavaScript. ? Strong understanding of networking, security, and data privacy in customer-facing environments. Education & Certifications ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ? Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus. Preferred Attributes ?
